I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Over the last 15 years I have provided comprehensive therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team to assist clients in finding healing and wholeness.
I have experience working collaboratively with psychiatrists, school professionals, and primary care physicians to insure clients achieve the best possible outcomes. My experience as a therapist extends across the life span with individuals, couples and families. I am a passionate therapist who understands the importance of helping people develop and maintain healthy relationships by providing a non-judgmental therapeutic approach.
My goal is to provide a safe an welcoming environment for people to explore and work towards their life goals, finding success and the happiness they seek. I welcome the opportunity to help you find healing and wholeness in whatever stage of life you are currently experiencing.

Geriatric population, single parent issues and working as co-parents after a divorce or separation, young adults, depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, couples, life transitions, and grief and loss
Treatment Modalities:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Stages of Change are just a few treatment modalities I utilize to assist clients.
